Sending a Message to a User
You can send a short message to a user in your user list.
NOTE:
If you are an administrator, this interface is not available, and you should send a message using the professional chat window (Professional Chat Window).
- From the map, select a user.
- Select Message.
- Enter a message up to 160 characters, and select Send.
The system sends the message to the user. To receive a message, the user's device must be turned on and have a clear view of the sky. It may take up to 20 minutes for the user to receive the message.
