Setting a User Password

If you are using real email addresses for your user accounts, you can send a password reset email to allow a user to set a new password.

You can also manually change the password for a user. This is especially helpful when you are using generic user account email addresses that are not associated with a real email account.

From the Groups & Users tab, select an option:
  • To send a password reset email to a single user, click Menu > Reset Password > OK.

  • To send password reset emails to multiple users, select the checkboxes by the user names, and click Bulk Actions > Reset Password > OK.

  • To manually set a single user's password, select a user by clicking on a user name, select Change Password, and enter a new password.
