Administrators can customize the settings for the professional chat window.

From the map tab, click Settings.

Audible Alerts

Allows you to receive audio alerts for new messages and track points.

Scroll to Bottom

Automatically scrolls the chat window to the bottom of the screen, to show the most recent activity.

If there is active SOS, show only those devices

Allows you to view only devices with active SOS.
