Activating Devices

You must activate each device before it can be used in the field. After activation, monthly billing and fees begin.

  1. From the Plans & Devices tab, select the checkbox next to each IMEI number you are activating.
  2. Click Bulk Actions > Activate.
  3. Select a service plan.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Confirm the plan change.
  6. Click Reactivate.
    NOTE: Activation fees are applied at this time.
