  2. Click on 'Download' and choose to save the file to your computer.
  3. Choose a location where you can easily find the file, such as the 'My Documents' folder or 'C:\'.
  4. Once the download is complete, go to the location where you saved the file.
  5. Extract the contents of the zip file to the root directory of your SD card.
  6. Power on the chartplotters on the Garmin Marine Network.
  7. Insert the card into the card slot of a device on the Garmin Marine Network. Dismiss the window that is automatically displayed. If you do not have a device with a card slot, please see your dealer.
  8. Select the Video function and select the GC 200 you wish to update as the Video Source.
  9. Select Menu and select Video Setup to bring up the video setup menu.
  10. Select Update Software and follow the on screen instructions. If the Update Software button is not available, the selected GC 200 is already up to date.
  11. The GC 200 will reboot when the software update is complete. The MFD will either show a Software Update Complete message box, or the menu will show Source Unavailable while the camera is rebooting.
  12. Dismiss the 'Software Update Complete' message box if it is displayed, then wait for live video from the camera to be displayed.
  13. If the chartplotter displays 'Update Failed', the GC 200 does not fall within the serial number range that requires this update.
