Installation Instructions

1. The application requires Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 10. Mac computers are not supported.
2. Download TRANSPONDER_PCtool__GTX3X5_281.zip. Unpack, open, GTX_3X5_Software_Loading_Tool_Guide.pdf.
3. Follow instructions in the User's Guide (GTX_3X5_Software_Loading_Tool_Guide.pdf), beginning with Section 2, ''Installation''.

System requirements

1. IBM-compatible PC running Windows 2000 or later operating system and an available Com 1, 2, 3, or 4 port.
2. PC Interface Cable for your GPS unit. The PC Interface Cable may be purchased through your local Garmin distributor or ordered direct from our Online Store.
