MARQ, Workout Videos software version 1.00

These videos only apply to Strength, Cardio, Yoga, and Pilates workouts.
Workouts with support for on-device videos can be downloaded from Garmin Connect using the Training > Workouts > Find a Workout option.
Once you've chosen a workout and selected 'Save to My Workouts', make sure you then choose 'Send to Device'. Through Garmin Connect Mobile, this will be a phone icon with an arrow located at the top-right of the screen.
Workouts will then show on device when you start the corresponding activity or when in the corresponding activity, go to Options > My Workouts.

Download and unzip MARQ_Workout_Videos.zip.
Place all 3 zip files, found in the MARQ_workout_videos folder, into the \GARMIN\REMOTESW folder of the device.
Disconnect from your computer and allow the watch to power on.

IBM-compatible PC running Windows 2000 or later operating system and an available USB port.
