Changes made from version 2.90 to 2.91:

• Fix the bug of the radio can not display the USA and CAN in the version of V2.80.
• Solve the bug that VHF 315 is displayed as 315i.

• Remove VDES related channels in INT channel group.
• Modify default configuration of international version (i version, 315i) to include US and CAN channel group.

• Add private ch31 to Belgium private channel list.
