Note: Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original warranty, depending on which is longer.
Call or e-mail Garmin Product Support Specialists to describe the problem you are experiencing, request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) tracking number and arrange payment. You will need to provide the unit's serial number (if applicable), your return shipping address, and a daytime telephone number. ***Aviation Panel Mount or Aviation Remote Mount products require an authorized person to return the aircraft system to service after product repair. Please arrange RMA's through your favorite authorized Garmin Aviation Service Center.***
