• Increase channel numbering to 400.
• Improve TV signal strength.

Installation Instructions

1. Power your nuvi 1490TV ON.
2. Launch the TV function on the device.
3. Return to the Main Menu and touch Options.
4. Touch TV Settings.
5. Touch About.
6. Touch Update TV Software.
7. Acknowledge dialog box by touching Yes.
8. Connect the nuvi to your computer using a mini USB cable (A new drive with the label 'nuviTV' will appear in My Computer).
9. Download the attached file.
10. Locate the file on your computer and launch update by double clicking on it with your mouse.
11. Follow the steps of the update program.
12. Once the program has finished installing the software onto your device please disconnect it from your computer and allow it to power up. Your television software should now be up to date.
