Fixed issue with calibrating the speed sensor and added message to confirm calibration. NOTE: A speed sensor must be calibrated to see the sensor speed value when GPS is on. Calibrate by riding outdoors in a straight line for approximately 800 meters.

Fixed issue with courses that have a large number of course points.
