After you send your blank email, you will receive an automated email to confirm you wish to join the
notification list. This is done for your protection as well as ours. The confirmation email will contain
instructions about what to do next, but, in a nutshell, all you will probably need to do is reply to the
confirmation email with the normal "Reply" function of your email reading program.
