When you place your order, we will place a pending authorization charge on your credit card. The actual charge will process when your package ships to you.

Currently, we ship online purchases only to addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship online orders to U.S. territories.
Online orders containing devices must be shipped to a physical street address. Online orders containing products other than devices (such as accessories and maps) can be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. Please call 913-397-8200 (outside the U.S.) or 800-800-1020 (within the U.S.) to place your order.

We choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on your delivery requirements. The current options for shipping in the U.S. are as follows:
If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you may not select the 2–5 business days option. Shipping charges are subject to applicable sales tax.
Shipping costs vary if shipping outside the U.S. and may include additional duties, customs fees or brokerage fees.
