Garmin® Teams with Handmark to Expand Garmin Mobile™ Distribution

OLATHE, Kan./July 18, 2007/PR Newswire — Garmin International Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (Nasdaq: GRMN), today announced that Handmark, a global leader in the development and distribution of mobile media, will distribute Garmin Mobile for BlackBerry devices enabled with GPS.

Handmark is the leading developer and publisher of mobile software titles sold through mass merchandisers as well as electronics and office supply stores. Garmin Mobile gives turn-by-turn, voice prompted directions to virtually any destination in the United States or Puerto Rico including points of interest (POI’s) such as hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs and tourist attractions. The POI database can also serve as a comprehensive business directory that makes it easy to call directly from the POI database for reservations, hours of operation, or other information.  Map data is provided by NAVTEQ™, a world leader in premium-quality mapping.

In addition to intuitive navigation, Garmin Mobile customers also have access to free dynamic information including real-time traffic, current weather conditions and forecasts, fuel prices and hotel discounts. These features, which are usually only found on high-end personal navigation devices, are available for no additional cost.
