Scout Boats build sport fishing, fish 'n ski, walk around, flat and bay boat models, from 15 ft to 35 ft. Scout CEO/Founder Steve Potts and his dedicated engineering team have helped the company build a reputation as a "pioneer." Scout introduced the first reverse-shoebox hull/deck design, increasing overall hull strength and preventing water from penetrating through the hull/deck joint in rough conditions, which makes each boat safer and more durable. The eradication of all wood in the manufacturing process also is a Scout trademark as it produces rot-free composite stringers and transoms. Fuel efficient hull designs, such as Scout's Air-Assist three piece hull, the NuV3 and Scout Stepped Hull Technology have led the industry in fuel savings and higher performance with less required horsepower for customers. And more innovations, such as their patented T-top/glass enclosure have separated Scout from the competition.
