Contender is singularly committed to producing the best boat in the world. That's why every boat is crafted with hand laminated solid fiberglass using biaxial and triaxial cloths, structural PVC core sandwich construction for lightweight and superior strength as well as vinyl ester resins and specialty formulated gel coats for high gloss mirror-like finishes.

Each of Contender's 20 models, from 21 ft to 40 ft, are crafted using the company's proven 24.5 degree deadrise hull that incorporates reverse radius chine for a dry ride in the roughest conditions. Not only does this create added lift on plane to run faster on less fuel, it also provides a rock steady platform at rest making these boats not just great for fishing, but for any boating activity.
