To report a stolen item as a member of the general public, contact product support.

For inquiries related to the serial number of a specific device, we ask you submit a signed request on department letterhead via or fax.

There is no way to track a device that has been stolen.
If there is a police report regarding the matter, please include a copy of the report with the submission. A subpoena may be required for some information.
