At the annual meeting in June, 2012, shareholders approved a cash dividend in the amount of $1.80 per share, payable on a quarterly basis at a rate of $0.45 per share. This dividend will continue through March 31, 2013. Garmin expects to pay a quarterly dividend for the foreseeable future.
