The Offshore G-chart buyer protection policy allows you to return your cartridge for a free update within 90 days of the purchase date. The cartridge number and size must remain the same. After 90 days, you pay just 25% of the original purchase price. Just call Garmin Cartography at 1-800-427-6460 to acquire an RMA number, return the cartridge freight prepaid to Garmin, and we will rush the latest cartridge to you.

If you find you no longer use a certain cartridge, you can trade in your old Offshore G-charts for new Offshore G-charts. A trade-in allowance of 50% is applied toward the retail purchase of any new Offshore G-chart (one trade-in per new Offshore G-chart). Call Garmin Cartography at 1-800-427-6460 for an RMA number, and you're on your way.

For those times when you need a chart for just 3 months or less, you can participate in the Offshore G-chart Charter Program. Please call Garmin Cartography at 1-800-427-6460 to place your order and obtain an RMA number. Initially, your account will be charged the full cost of the Offshore G-chart. Upon return of the Offshore G-chart to Garmin, your account will be credited as outlined below.

Electronic charts must be returned undamaged and unaltered in any way or return credit cannot be issued. The returned chart must bear the same serial number, chart Id code, and release date as sent

On any returned item to Garmin, please be certain you place insurance on the package. If lost, and uninsured, the customer is responsible for the cost of the item.

All charts should be examined immediately upon receipt. Returns must be made within 10 days of the invoice date for credit. No credit will be issued after this period.

Our general policy is to ship next day after your order is placed. All G-chart cartridges are shipped UPS Ground in the contiguous 48 states. Federal Express domestic overnight shipping is available for a nominal additional charge. Any shipment weighing over one pound will incur additional shipping charges.
