Our Customer Service Center at our headquarters is staffed with exceptional product support specialists eager to assist you. Whether you need a repair, operating assistance or a new device, we can help with hands-on, face-to-face guidance and education.
At our Customer Service Center, you’ll find the following:
- Hands-on troubleshooting and face-to-face operating assistance
- An interactive display with a number of GPS devices that you can use and ask questions about
- New devices and accessories available for purchase
- Computer kiosks where you can update your GPS device software for free or purchase and install map updates
Our Customer Service Center also accepts devices that need repairs and have been called into Product Support, to save you shipping fees. If you haven’t called in your repairs, no worries. We accept all walk-in customers.
